I am a Chartered Accountant with an overall working experience of over 10 years into corporate and international tax matters of both Indian and multinational clients.
I have worked on both compliance assignments (in relation to withholding tax returns, personal income tax returns, corporate tax returns, and wealth tax returns, handling tax assessments at tax officer and CIT(A) level, etc.) and advisory assignments (briefing the seniors/legal counsel and assisting in the hearings at High Court, DRP, ITAT, reviewing agreements from royalty, FTS perspective, advising on the tax implications of a proposed transaction from overall tax perspective viz. direct tax, transfer pricing, indirect tax/ GST).
