I have participated in the Advanced Trauma Life Support(ATLS) course by American College of Surgeons and First Aid Course of St. John Ambulance Association,Goa state branch, which enabled me to achieve a first aid certificate including cardiopulmonary resuscitation training. I also enhanced my interpersonal, communication and team building abilities, valuable skills for any medical occupation, as I witnessed during my experience. For 3 months, I have volunteered at a local Non-Governmental Organization hospital observing and helping out 2hours per week communicating with the public in a different environment. I enjoy reading, mainly factual books to expand my general knowledge. To relax,I enjoy sports including football and cricket for which I was the captain of the school team and my local team for 2 years improving my leadership skills.I also recently rekindled my childhood passion for car racing,another pastime I enjoy even if it is a little risky!

My strength as a potential candidate lies mostly in the objectives that I plan to fulfill upon becoming an excellent physician. They are, in no particular order of importance, as follows:
