From the very beginning, I was interested in Holistic Health as I was diagnosed with Epilepsy at a very young age. However, I was busy with my career and multiple other distractions which life offers everyone. Only when my health deteriorated and I was almost bedridden, did I realize the importance of mental and physical health. Apart from Epilepsy, I was diagnosed with Endometriosis which left me up most nights in excruciating pain.I knew I had to do something about it.

My journey of healing began over a decade ago with the practice of Reiki, meditation, nourishing my body with natural food. I also used other occult sciences like Tar

rot, numerology to identify what areas need work on in my life. Basis those inputs, I used Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) and Switchwords to finally release the thought patterns which were no longer serving my highest good. My journey started over a decade ago and I have never looked back since.

Healing is a continuous process and we need to be at it everyday - Persistance is key! I pursue my health goals everyday and that's how I am able to help people achieve their goals in any area impacting their life.
